Cancellation Policy

We understand that things don’t always go to plan, however, if for any reason you can not make your hair or beauty appointment, it’s important you let us know. Late cancellations and no shows are a loss of business for us.

Please be aware of the following:

  • If you CANCEL your appointment more than 24hrs prior to your appointment time, no fee will be charged.
  • Any deposits paid will rollover to your next appointment.
  • If you CANCEL your appointment less than 24hours prior to your appointment
  • 50% of your appointment fee, (inclusive of any deposits made online or directly through the salon), will be charged to recover lost income and availability to other clients for our team members.
  • A NO SHOW to your appointment will result in 100% of your booked appointment to be paid.
  • Any future appointments will need to be paid in full before securing any scheduled appointment times.
  • A confirmation message will be sent 72 hours prior to your appointment.
  • We require that you confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving this message.
  • If you have a CHANGE OF MIND to what you have originally booked for, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can alter your appointment timing.
  • This also allows for other clients to secure appointments or make sure we have adequate time allowed for the stylists to be available to look after you throughout your entire service.
  • If you CANCEL what you are booked for on arrival, 50% of the service will be charged.

We highly recommend you download our salon App via the APP store or the QR code located in the salon so you can view or change your appointments, out of salon hours, if necessary.
